Terms and Conditions

Live Plants: All of the plants offered on AroidQueen.co.uk are live specimens. We do not offer plastic plants.

Payment: As a small business we cannot take payments via Cheque or Cash. All Payments are processed via PayPal only.

Delivery: The delivery amount selected upon making an order covers the cost of postage and packaging. We ship the majority of our orders with Royal Mail however very large orders will be sent via another reputable courier. We only ship to the UK at this moment in time.

As we ship live plants we have opted to only ship Next Day Special Delivery to ensure plants arrive before 1PM on the day following the order. Orders placed after Thursday at 3PM will be shipped the following Monday. In the case that you make an order and would like it to be shipped on a specific date please send us a message in the order notes or use the contact page to give us details on your delivery preference as soon as you've made your order.

Returns: We cannot accept returns on plants at this moment in time, however if your plant arrives in a damaged state please contact us within 2 Hours of signed for deliveries via our Facebook page or contact page with a photograph of the plant, packaging and your order number and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
